The Inn is located between the towns of Bridgton and Harrison about 40 miles west of Portland and only one mile from Bridgton Academy. The quiet surroundings allow you to enjoy the beauty of Maine. Nestled on 108 acres, the property's beautiful landscape is here for you to explore. Take a leisurely stroll, sit along the banks of Bear River, or take a hike up our wooded hillside to view Long Lake.

All seven guest rooms and two suites are located in the carriage house and are uniquely decorated with antiques that serve as a reminder of the home's century-plus heritage. All rooms have private baths, and offer spectacular views of the estate's perennial gardens. Some rooms also have fireplaces, and the Tolman suite has an oversized whirlpool tub.

Greenwood Manor Inn was built in 1870 as a private residence by Philander Tolman who named it "Greenwood Villa". Philander, his wife Laura, and their six children lived in the home for over 50 years.
