All seven guest rooms and two suites are located in the carriage house and are uniquely decorated with antiques that serve as a reminder of the home's century-plus heritage.

All rooms have private baths, and offer spectacular views of the estate's perennial gardens. Some rooms also have fireplaces, and the new suite has an oversized whirlpool tub.

Our most luxurious, spacious and elegant room over looks our beautiful formal gardens and features an ornate four poster wood and iron king-sized bed. You may check in anytime from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call ahead if you will be arriving later, so appropriated arrangements can be made.
Checkout
Check out is by 11:00 am.
Cancellation / Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the room conditions when selecting your room above.
Children and extra beds
Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
A one night paid deposit is required to hold a room. Deposits can be made over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, or by check if received within ten days of the initial reservation. Deposits will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date; if the cancellation is within 14 days of the arrival date, a refund will only be made if the room can be rented for the entire length of your reservation. We have a 30 day cancellation policy for July and August. Early departures cannot be refunded unless we can fill the space for the remainder of your reservation. Rates are subject of a 9% Maine sales tax (to be added to room rate), and any balance due is payable upon check out.
