Reservations for the summer and fall are recommended well in advance, but occasionally rooms are available on short notice. Due to restrictions on the number of guests we can accommodate, suites and most rooms are limited to two persons.
There is a minimum stay on weekends in July and August of three nights. We often have one night stays available, please call and ask about vacancies.
Deposits and Refunds
A one night paid deposit is required to hold a room. Deposits can be made over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, or by check if received within ten days of the initial reservation.
Deposits will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date; if the cancellation is within 14 days of the arrival date, a refund will only be made if the room can be rented for the entire length of your reservation. We have a 30 day cancellation policy for July and August.
Early departures cannot be refunded unless we can fill the space for the remainder of your reservation.
Rates are subject of a 7% Maine sales tax (to be added to room rate), and any balance due is payable upon check out.
Check In & Check Out
You may check in anytime from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call ahead if you will be arriving later, so appropriated arrangements can be made. Check out is by 11:00 am.
We offer extended stay discounts. These are not available in July and August. Please ask for these when you make your reservations.
Although we love animals we cannot accommodate them at the Inn.
